推行醫事放射師專業能力進階制度之分享探討

Discussion on the Implementation of the Clinical Ladder Certification of Professional Competence of Medical Radiation Technologists

摘要


為提升醫事放射師技能,期望能發揮人員潛力、提升醫療品質。本院放射診斷科從106年開始規劃實施進階考核制度,新進人員完成新人訓練及通過試用期評核後為MRT0。進階考核分為4 階段:MRT0-1、MRT1-2、MRT2-3、MRT3-4,每階段實施進階考核主要項目為:1.工作經驗、2.教育訓練、3.學術研究、4.相關證照、5.技術工作效能、6.行政能力及7.平時考核等七項進行評分;主要項目下的細項內容,則依各階級有所差異。每階級細項均有評分表,依據評分表評核分數。申請流程:1.申請人填寫進階申請表,並檢附各階須提出之相關文件;2.由放射診斷科總技師及放射診斷科主任進行所有項目初審;3.送交人事室及醫教中心依據申請人之院內教育時數、參與課程及學術研究等項目填列於進階申請表中;4.送交審查小組依據細項中所制訂各類表格進行評分;評分完成放射診斷科提報合格名冊,上簽呈交由院長核示後製發專業能力證書;並結合本院久任獎金制度,每年8月前提出申請進階,11月核發每年度之進階津貼。推行各階段醫事放射師的專業能力進階,期望可提升影像品質、效能及效率,且能激發醫事放射師向前的動力,更能得到醫療團隊及社會的認同,成為團隊中重要的一員。

In order to improve the skills of medical radiation technologists and establish an advanced assessment system. It is expected to develop the potential of the staff and improve the quality of medical care. Our hospital has been implemented from 2016 and the divided into four stages (MRT 1- 4). Each stage carries out different assessments. The assessment items are: 1. Work experience, 2. Environmental education, 3. Research, 4. Relevant licenses, 5. Technical work efficiency, 6. Administrative ability, 7. Regular assessment. Each item if them don't reach the low standard, it is assessed as unqualified. On the process 1. Fill in the application form. 2. Initial review by the chief technician and director of the radiology department .3. Medical Education Center fills in the application form based on the course and research. 4. Review team scores based on form. After confirming the professional certificate of ability, combined with the long-term bonus system of the hospital. Apply for advancement before August of each year, and issue an annual advance allowance in November. After implementing the advanced system of radiologists, it can improve image quality, efficiency, and stimulate forward momentum.
