摘要

乳房攝影主要用於偵測乳房的顯微鈣化點，當乳房組織有不正常且密集的顯微鈣化點病灶，在超音波影像中卻無明確腫塊的情況下，可以利用乳房攝影立體定位真空輔助乳房切片術（stereotactic vacuum-assisted breast biopsy, SVAB）取出病灶組織，進行病理化驗。本文主要利用壓克力板作為乳房墊片，針對乳房較小或壓迫後較薄的病患，增加乳房厚度，以利切片針有足夠的空間以水平進針方式進行立體真空輔助乳房切片術定位並進行取樣，降低切片手術的機率。

Mammography is mainly used to detect the lesion with microscopic calcification of the breast. If the abnormal breast tissue has dense microscopic calcifications; and is not detected by the ultrasound study. We can use stereotactic vacuum-assisted breast biopsy (stereotactic vacuum-assisted breast biopsy, SVAB) to obtain the tissue for pathological examination. This article is aimed at use of acrylic spacer as a breast pad to increase the thickness of the breast tissue for patients with small breast or thinner breast tissue after compression during stereotactic vacuum-assisted breast biopsy. This method is beneficial for the slicing needle to achieve adequate space during horizontal approach for stereotactic vacuum-assisted breast biopsy. To obtain a higher successful rate for tissue sampling and reduce the probability of traditional operation.
