影像回饋教學對網球課程技能學習成效之影響

The Effects of Visual Feedback on Learning Efficiency in Physical Education Tennis Lessons

摘要


本研究目的為探討影像回饋介入對網球課程擊球技能的影響。實驗以大學網球課程參與學生為主,隨機分為實驗組92人、控制組96,共計188人,分別安排不同教學介入學習網球正反拍擊球技能。影像回饋介入擊球為實驗組,而傳統教學方式為控制組。以實驗組、控制組為自變項,擊球動作表現評量分數與準確性測驗分數為依變項,進行二因子混合設計變異數分析,檢驗實驗組、控制組在正反拍擊球技能學習表現測驗的差異性。結果發現,實驗組正反拍擊球有學習成效的影響,擊球動作評量及準確性表現之學習成效皆優於傳統教學的控制組。結論為多媒體影像回饋介入正反拍擊球課程可有效提升大學生學習網球技能。未來可考量線上教學透過影片錄製後上傳數位教學平臺,大學生網球成績評量方式可透過影片錄製上傳數位教學平臺,由教師依據影像動作成績評量方式進行評分,成為具體成績評分依據。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of visual feedback intervention on the learning efficiency of teaching the basic tennis strokes in physical education. The data were obtained from 188 undergraduate students enrolled in tennis PE lessons. The subjects were assigned randomly into two groups: The visual aids group (92 people) and the control group (96 people). The multimedia visual aids teaching materials and traditional teaching materials of forehand and backhand strokes were designed for the multimedia visual aids group and the control group, respectively. Using two-way ANOVA test was designed to compare the results of hitting movements and hitting accuracy between the two groups. The results showed that the multimedia visual aids group had higher post-test scores than the control group. In conclusion, the multimedia visual aids intervention improves the learning efficiency of the basic strokes in tennis in university physical education lessons. In the future, the multimedia learning platform could be considered when conducting online teaching and performance evaluation.
