退休熟齡族群時間看法與時計需求之研究

臺灣已進入高齡社會，人口老化與衍生的問題日益嚴重，十幾年以後全國人口將會有半數以上為熟齡族群，而該族群退休以後將會面臨漫長的退休生涯，伴隨而來的是在生活上許多巨大的轉變，若退休熟齡族群規劃適合的生活，便能享受幸福的晚年。退休以後該族群會將原先的工作時間分配到其他活動上，並改變生活型態，而且身心老化的同時，可能會改變該族群的時間看法或時計需求。因此本研究旨在探討退休熟齡族群的時間看法與時計需求，了解該族群在生活上的時間看法與分配，以及使用時計接觸到的相關問題。透過內容分析法、訪談法等研究方法歸納出結論。在時間看法方面，多數受訪者會要求準確的時間，因為在社交或活動上必須要掌握時間。其餘較不注重時間者僅限於自己的活動，在社交上仍然會守時。在時計需求方面，所有的受訪者皆偏好循環表示法，而且必須準時的場合，都會注重時計準確度。時間顯示方式，數字或指針顯示則各有喜好者。本研究期望提供設計師或時計產品開法者參考的依據，以設計出符合退休熟齡族群所需要的時計產品。

Taiwan has become an aged society, and problems such as aging population is becoming more and more serious. After ten or so years, more than half of the population will be mature adulthood, and this people will have a long retirement. There would be many changes in life. If the retired mature adulthood people make a suitable life plan, they can enjoy their happy old age. After their retirement, they won't work and change their lifestyle. They would probably spend more time doing activities except jobs. Because of the physical and mental aging, they may change their time opinion and timepieces needs. This thesis discusses about time opinion and timepieces needs of retired mature adulthood by content analysis method and interview method. In terms of time opinion, most of the interviewees are conscious of time. Others who are less time-conscious would still be punctual in social activity. In terms of timepieces needs, all interviewees show a preference for cyclical time representation. Everyone considers the accuracy of timepieces important when he must be on time. As for time display, everyone has his taste. Some people prefer clock hands, others prefer digital, and still others like both.
