社區營養在健康促進上的策略與措施

Strategies and Practices for Community Nutrition in Health Promotion

摘要


社區營養是一門透過改善飲食型態以促進社區居民健康的應用科學,此專業於各國的健康促進計畫中也是相當重要的一環,如今的生活環境有許多營養相關的議題需要仰賴社區營養專業的介入,以營養科學為基礎並考量不同的社會因素,進行全面的評估確定問題後,才能規劃改善社區中不同群眾營養狀況的策略方針。本文綜合整理社區營養的定義及其在健康促進中所扮演的角色,多個國家健康促進計畫中食物營養相關的行動目標,以及統整各國社區營養相關的介入策略與措施。以健康飲食環境營造、健康飲食訊息傳播工具、「減鹽」、「減糖」相關政策、特殊群體營養服務政策分類介紹,也涵蓋臺灣近年推動之社區營養推廣中心重要工作,期望透過本文的彙整,讓社區營養工作者更了解國內外的介入策略與措施,進而有助於實務之運用。

Community nutrition is an applied science that promotes the health of community residents by improving dietary patterns. This specialty also plays an important role in health promotion programs in various countries. Today's living environment has many nutrition-related issues that need the intervention of community nutrition professionals through comprehensive assessment and problems identification based on nutrition sciences and diverse social factors, and then strategies can be planned to improve the nutritional status of various populations in the community. We summarize the definition of community nutrition and its role in health promotion, multinational food- and nutrition-related action goals of health promotion programs, and intervention strategies and practices related to community nutrition in various countries. We introduce ways of creating a healthy food environment, healthy eating information dissemination tools, salt- and sugar-reducing policies, and nutrition service policies for special groups. Also, we present the important works the community nutrition promotion center has promoted in Taiwan in recent years. We hope that this article can help community nutrition practitioners so that they will have a better understanding of intervention strategies and practices in domestic and foreign countries in order to inform practical applications.
