溫度影響棕櫛盾介殼蟲之族羣介量

THE EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE ON POPULATION PARAMETERS OF THE LATANIA SCALE, HEMIBERLESIA LATANIAE SIGNORET

摘要


本試驗之目的在於研究溫度對於棕櫛盾介殼蟲族羣介量的影響。在室內各定溫(20、23、25、27及30C)狀況及在室外網室自然狀況下,以南瓜飼育此介殼蟲,作其生長發育之觀察。結果發現,若蟲之發育期隨溫度升高而縮短;繁殖率以定溫27C時最高,平均每隻雌蟲可生產若蟲138.9隻;其內在繁殖率(r)、淨生殖率(R_0),及終極增長率(λ)皆以定溫27C時最大,分別為0.0732,126.27及1.0759;平均世代時間則以在網室內最短,為64.20。

The objective of this work was to study the effect of temperature on population parameters of the latania scale, Hemiberlesia lataniae Signoret. The latania scales were reared on pumpkin, at different temperatures (20, 23, 25, 27, and 30C) and in ambient circumstance under a screen-house. Its growth and development of the young and fecundity of the adult were recorded, the data were transformed into population parameters. The period of juvenile stage was inversely related to the temperature. The maximum of fecundity was 138.9 progenies/each female at 27C. The maximum of the intrinsic increase rate (r), net reproductive rate (R_0) and finite growth rate (λ) was 0.0732, 126.27 and 1.0759 at 27 C, respectively. The minimun of mean generation time (T) was 64.20 in the screen-house.
