東方果實蠅產卵誘引物質之生物檢定

摘要

東方果實蠅雌蟲之產卵確受其寄主植物之誘引，本試驗經由番石榴熟果之萃取物及人工調製之化合物證實均能強烈誘引其產卵。其誘引反應可經由一系列之生物檢定流程來判定其誘引反應，此流程包括非選擇性及選擇性試驗；選擇性之篩選又分駢對選擇及多重選擇等多項。藉由逐步之檢定流程可證實其產卵誘引性，同時誘引之結果可由不同誘引指數比較分析，其中尤以T/T＋C及T’/C’兩誘引指數可提供往後有關此類試驗之參考。

Female of Dacus dorsalis is attracted to the host fruit for oviposition. The fly is also attracted to the extract of guava and its artificial formulation. A series of bioassay were set up to identify the ovipositional attraction. These bioassay procedures include no-choice and choice tests, meanwhile, in choice test, also involve Y-tube choice, multiple choice and rotary multichoice test. The ovipositional attraction index (OAI) were used to indicate the attractiveness of the tested sample.
