摘要

基督教思想可以說是西方成功學的主要來源之一。當代著名的成功學作家中，亦不乏公開宣揚基督教教義者。韋伯的《基督新教倫理與資本主義精神》一書中，亦指出了資本主義發達的基督宗教因素。反之，則很少人將佛教的教義與成功學之間進行聯結。其實若細讀佛典，則佛教教義中的廣結善緣、自利利他、福慧雙修、布施持戒、忍辱精進……等觀念，實與成功學有若合符節之處。本文的目的，即是將佛教倫理與成功學的關係做一析論，旨在說明以佛教倫理為核心，亦可以開展出入世的成功果實。再者，本文擬論述的是，佛教的成功學與基督宗教或者儒家的成功學之間，究竟有何異同。透過本文的探討，或可提供有志於弘揚人間佛教者的參考。

Christian thought is the main source of the science of success in Europe and the United States. In fact, many contemporary famous writers on success are openly propagating Christian doctrines. In his book ＂ The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism ＂, Max Weber also pointed out the relevance of capitalist development to Christian ethics. On the contrary, few people link the teachings of Buddhism with success. People often ignore the fact that there are many ideas in the Buddhist scriptures that coincide with the science of success, The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between Buddhist ethics and the science of success. This paper aims to demonstrate the causal relationship between Buddhist ethics and secular success according to the Buddhist scriptures. Through the discussion of this article, the construction of the foundation of human Buddhism ethics is expected.
