高等教育「創新教學實驗」計畫與課程教學方案之行動研究：以「創意思考與企劃」為例

摘要

本研究為研究者參與「107年高等教育深耕計畫」之前導實驗「106年教學創新先導計畫」，以計畫結合課程執行的過程中歷經行政端在課程開立時的迅速調整、教師端計畫人員的說服與組織、學生端的課程說明與留任等校園各方的全面調整與配合。然而教育政策的美意，在執行面出現了種種問題，包括：學生因各種因素出席率偏低，而後紛紛退課、業師因本職因素不能依邀約配合、學校行政端核銷作業要求更改、教學助理不能到課期中更換助理…等複雜地變動的過程，以行動研究的方法進行知識的探索學習及與行政端持續地協調、溝通與配合、保持高度彈性做教學統整與改變、陪伴學生經驗學習變革，記錄問題出現、解決的過程，也提出教學與行政合作的成效、困境及自身執行計畫的壓力調節與省思，並對先導計畫即將銜接之母體「高等教育深耕計畫」提出執行建議，期待對未來執行者能有具體協助與精神上的支持。

This research is the pilot experiment ＂2017 Teaching Innovation Pilot Project＂ of ＂2018 Higher Education Sprout Project＂ in which the researcher participated. During the integration of project and course execution, the administration underwent changes at the beginning of course, the project staffs persisted and organized the courses, and the students chose to stay in course. Adjustments were made by all parties involved. However, despite of the good intended educational policy, the execution of the project experienced numerous challenges, such as the low attendance rate of the students, the massive withdrawal of the students, the withdrawal of the teachers due to their works, the request by the school administration to change the project procedures, change of teaching assistants during the semester. These issues led to complicated and changing teaching process. By action research, the researcher explored knowledge learning, continuously coordinated and communicated with the school administration, and maintained high flexibility when integrating the course, accompanied students to experience learning transitions, recorded the process of problem discovery and solution, and proposed the effectiveness and predicaments in the coordination of teaching and administration, and discussed the stress regulation and reflection of self-executed project. Finally, this research proposed suggestions on the execution of the main project ＂Higher Education Sprout Project＂ to be bridged by the pilot project. This research is expected to provide specific assistance and spiritual support to the future executors.
