探討實作課程對學生合作型問題解決能力之影響-以創意與創業課程為例

Learning Effectiveness of the Collaborative Problem: Solving Approach on the Course of Creativity and Entrepreneurship

摘要


現今國際工程教育重視合作型問題解決能力(collaborative problem solving)之跨領域人才培育,然而目前的實證研究較偏向使用單一評量工具,而忽略該能力的學習歷程。本研究旨在探討跨領域實作課程對學生合作型問題解決能力的影響,並瞭解學生實作的歷程。本研究以北部某國立大學創意與創業課程為例,運用多元評量方法,從質性與量化兩種角度了解學生的學習成效與歷程,以提供教師作為課程改善之依據。研究結果顯示,學生在這門課程獲益最多的是培養跨領域團隊合作創業規劃、以及創意發想及思考之能力。除此之外,本課程也培養學生以不同觀點看待欲解決的問題。最後,本研究將針對研究結果與未來方向提出結論與建議。

International engineering education values the cultivation of interdisciplinary abilities in collaborative problem solving. This research incorporates both quantitative and qualitative assessment methods to understand students' learning process as well as teaching effectiveness of the course of "Creativity and entrepreneurship." In general, the results show that the most rewarding aspects students have learned from this course is the ability of interdisciplinary teamwork, entrepreneurship planning, as well as brainstorming and creativity thinking skills. Furthermore, students indicate that through interdisciplinary teamwork, they can work together to come up with better entrepreneurial inspirations. Specifically, students indicated that this course cultivated them to perceive the problem from different perspectives, and then encourage them to apply interdisciplinary skills outside the classroom. Finally, this research will provide suggestions to further explore cooperative problem-solving abilities and processes as well as future directions curriculum improvements.
