從永續觀光談生態城鄉社區之遊程規劃

為使生態城鄉社區的遊程規劃能符合永續觀光理念，刻不容緩的重要課題乃是加強國民及旅遊業者對永續發展的認識與瞭解，以促成消費者、企業及觀光服務業者對旅遊目的地之社會文化、地方經濟及自然環境作出貢獻。針對此一重要課題，本研究以頭社盆地濕地為範圍，應用層級分析法以永續觀光理念為基礎，建構生態城鄉社區之遊程規劃指標架構，研究結果發現探索冒險、深度體驗和食與農育為前三項影響此遊程規劃的重要指標。本研究據此具體規劃符合目標客層需求，且接近自然生態的活動主題，融合食農教育、環境教育和探索教育的深度體驗活動模式，讓參與者親身體驗並能透過解說觀察與實作遊戲，達到兼具教育性及有效性的學習活動，進一步達成社區永續觀光的遊程規劃。

To achieve the goal of sustainable tourism while working on eco-village tour planning, it is significant to enhance the knowledge of sustainable development for citizens and tourism professionals. Therefore, tourism industry and customers would both contribute for the travel destination on the culture, local economy, and environment. On the basis of sustainable tourism, the study takes the Toushe Basin Wetland as tour planning area, applying Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to establish an eco-village tour planning index system. The result shows that the three important attributes are exploration and adventure, feature experience, and education for diet and agriculture. Accordingly, the study developed various ecology projects along with the demand of target customers. All the projects incorporate the idea of diet and agriculture education, environmental education, and adventure education, and are designed to be feature experience structures. The participants would learn effectively through interpretation, observation, and experiencing the activities. Furthermore, the goal of sustainable community-based tourism in tour planning would be achieved.
