休閒農場實施環境教育之認知與運用態度

Study on Cognition and Attitude Toward Environmental Education in Leisure Farms

摘要


本研究目的在了解國小教師對休閒農場環教資源的認知情形與運用態度,作為教育、農政單位及休閒農場業者之參考。本研究以台南地區國小教師為對象採問卷調查法,共獲有效樣本302份。因素分析結果將國小教師對休閒農場環教資源的認知分成「農業體驗資源」、「文化生態資源」、「環境學習資源」、「生產銷售資源」等四個構面;對休閒農場的環教運用態度分成「生態體驗教育」、「農業生產文化」、「鼓勵生態旅遊」等三個構面。研究結果顯示國小教師對於休閒農場環境教育資源的認知與運用態度具有顯著相關。另外,認知與運用態度會因教師性別、最高學歷、班級學生人數、學校規模以及是否曾經帶學生到休閒農場戶外教學而有顯著差異。

This research aims at investigating the cognitive, attitude of application in how teachers in elementary schools apply the environmental education in leisure farms. And the results of research will provide some useful suggestions to the official authorities of education and agriculture, and leisure farm owners. This research used questionnaire investigation and focus on the elementary school teachers in Tainan Area by using stratified random sampling and 302 valid samples was obtained. By using Factor analysis, the cognitive of environmental resources of elementary school teachers in leisure farms was concluded into four factors: "agricultural experience resources", "cultural and ecological resources", "environmental learning resources", and "commercial product resources". And the application attitude to leisure farms was concluded into three factors: "the education in ecological experience", "the culture in agriculture production" and "the encouragement in ecotourism". The results revealed significant correlation between cognition and attitude toward leisure farm. Besides, the cognition and attitude showed significant difference in sex, education, student number in classes, school sizes, and the experience of teachers to leisure farms.
