融入創意思考之問題導向教學

The practices of problem-based learning incorporating creativity problem solving

摘要


本研究旨在探討一種融入創造力內涵的創意思考與實務導向之教學策略,並實際運用於創新與創業管理相關課程,以提升學生運用創意思考技法整合先前知識,並針對真實的微型企業或店家進行經營診斷、提出改善計畫,並實際進行改善計畫。研究對象為真理大學選修該等課程的大三與大四學生。課程進行前針對修課學生的創造力測驗。課程進行中則是以各式的創意思考技法,例如心智圖法、腦力激盪法等,與實際至企業或店家進行訪談或體驗的方式進行課程。課程進行中並記錄學生進行各類學習活動的反思、回饋與成果表現。課程結束時,則是再進行一次創造力測驗。研究發現,學生經過創意思考與實務導向教學訓練後,在創造力方面有所提升,並且產出了5份有可行性的營運改善計畫書。

This study aims to explore the role of creativity problem solving (CPS) in the problem-based learning, as a teaching strategy that is applied to innovation and entrepreneurship management (or new business management) courses to enhance the students to use creative thinking techniques to integrate their prior knowledge to conduct business diagnosis in firms, eventually leading to proposing improvement plans for the firms. Subjects are the third and forth-year students of the Department of Business Administration, Aletheia University. Before the course is carried out, the students are tested for their degree of creativity. During the course, a variety of activities, such as mind mapping, brainstorming, and experiencing are applied. At the end of the course, the test is conducted again. Findings of this study are that students after the training of creative thinking and practice-oriented training, in terms of creativity has improved, and five feasible business plans for the improvement of the firms are proposed.
