技職校院轉型之探討-以A技術學院為例

An Analysis of the Transformation of the Technical and Vocational Education in Taiwan: Take A Polytechnic College As An Example

摘要


台灣技職校院產業由於近年來政府對於技職教育經費補助有限、大學升學率逐年升高,縮小技職教育的學生市場、國人受教育質與量的提升、學齡人口遞減、產業結構改變等因素,直接影響學校競爭力。本研究是以A技術學院為個案,先找出其定位,套用SWOT分析、五力分析、調整型BCG以及生命週期理論,來探討A技術學院在整個教育體系中的定位,希望能幫助學校轉型,找出生存與發展的競爭力核心,永續經營加以論述。

Due to the limited government subsidy for technical and vocational education and the rising rate of university admissions in recent years, the enrollment number of students has narrowed in the technical and vocational institutes. The quality and quantity of average education, decreasing school-age population, and transformation of the industry structures also directly lower the competitiveness of the technical and vocational institutes. Apply SWOT, Porter's five forces analysis, BCG matrix and life-cycle approach to explore the positioning of A Polytechnic College in the entire education system. In order to facilitate the transformation of the institute, settle the core of competitiveness for sustainable development and management.
