青少年手機使用行為與心理需求在數位學習之應用

Teenager’s Mobile Phone Using Behaviors and Psychological Needs and Application of E-Learning

摘要


本研究之目的為探討青少年手機使用之現況,同時了解不同背景的青少年其手機使用情形及心理需求是否有顯著差異,最後依據研究結果,提出在數位學習上的應用。本研究於2016年10月至12月期間,以台灣北中南三大都會區的高中職學生共1,222人為研究對象,實施問卷調查探討青少年手機使用行為的現況以及與心理需求之關聯。研究發現包括:一、青少年最常使用手機的地點為「家中」,其次為「通勤路程」與「學校」。二、青少年智慧型手機最常使用之功能為「通訊社交聊天類」,其次為「影視音多媒體類」、「生活應用工具類」及「新聞資料檢索類」。三、青少年在「是否擁有智慧型手機」、「是否使用智慧型手機上網」、「手機主要連網方式」及「每月行動數據流量」問題上,不因性別的不同而有顯著差異,但在「最常使用手機地點」、「每天使用手機時間」和「每天使用手機上網時間」及「手機功能App使用頻率」等問題上,則會因性別不同而有顯著差異。四、青少年除了在「是否使用手機上網」不因成績的不同而有顯著差異外,其餘的手機使用行為則會因學業成績不同而有顯著差異。五、青少年在手機的心理需求會因不同的手機使用行為而有顯著差異。最後,本研究依據研究結果,提出在六個在數位學習上的應用,以提供教育當局、教師與空中教育學者實施數位教學時之參考。

There are three research purposes in this study. First, to investigate the status of teenager's mobile phone using behaviors. Second, to understand the differences of teenager's mobile phone using behaviors and psychological needs between the different background. Finally, based on the research results, to provide methods of digital learning. A total of 1,222 high school students are conducted in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung City between October and December 2016 by questionnaire survey.The findings include: 1. The most frequently used places for teenager are "home", "Traffic time" and "school". 2.The most frequently used features of the smartphone are "communication", "video", "application" and "news". 3.There are significant differences in gender, such as "most frequently used smartphone place", "daily use of smartphone time and Internet" and "smartphone use frequency". 4. There are significant differences mobile phone using behaviors between different academic performance except "Whether to use the phone to the Internet". 5. There are significant differences mobile phone using behaviors between teenager's different psychological needs. Finally, based on the results, this study puts forward the application of E-learning to provide reference for educational authorities, teachers and air educators to implement teaching.
