高功率雷射金屬銲接技術與應用

The High Power Laser Welding Technology and Applications

摘要


雷射銲接具有熱輸入量低、銲道寬度小、殘留應力及銲接變形量小等優勢,而被廣泛應用於各種產業,結合自動化系統,可快速的整合入現有產線之中,並大幅提高生產速度;本文除介紹雷射銲接的基本技術原理外,亦介紹工研院開發的步階式能量調控技術,用以解決雷射銲接末端常見孔洞問題,以符合產業需求並達到快速且高品質雷射銲接,並介紹包含碳鋼、不鏽鋼、銅、鋁等材質的既有相關雷射銲接經驗。

Laser welding has many advantages, such as low heat input, narrow welding beads, and small residual stress and deformation. Laser welding is widely applied in industry. By combining with automation system, laser welding can be integrated into current production line and significantly improve production speed. In this paper, we will introduce the mechanism of laser welding and the step energy control technology for laser welding. The step energy control technology solved the hole-defects commonly found at the end of laser welding process. The technology provided a high speed and high quality laser welding process. We also introduce laser welding results in different materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum.
