泵浦空蝕效應模擬分析與性能研究

Numerical Investigation of Mixed-Flow Pump Cavitation Effects and Performance

摘要


本研究使用商用設計軟體CFturbo設計流體機械與數值計算流體力學軟體ANSYS-CFX模擬分析泵浦流場現象。泵浦由混流葉輪、球狀擴散器與導葉組合而成為一段。CFturbo為設計泵浦主要的流力元件幾何外形,包含葉輪入出口大小、葉片厚度、葉輪直徑、葉輪厚度、葉片數、擴散器與導葉。ANSYS-CFX為分析流體流經過泵浦葉輪至導葉的流場物理現象,以及利用不同流量下分析該泵浦操作曲線分布。數值分析結果顯示遇到偏離設計點時所產生問題與性能改善成果。

This study numerically investigates the mixed flow pump performance with the commercial design software, CFturbo, and the computation fluid dynamics software, ANSYSCFX. The mixed flow pump is made up of three impellers: the casing, the bowl diffusers and the guide vanes. The CFturbo software package is utilized to design the primary geometry of the impeller inlet and outlet, the impeller diameter, the blade thickness, the number of blades, the diffuser, and guide vane. The ANSYS-CFX is applied to analyze the flow field among the impeller, the bowl diffuser, and the guide vanes. The parameters in this article include different flow rate to find mixed flow pump working zone. The numerical results also show that the mixed flow pump flow field phenomenon at different operation conditions and the performance improvement effect.
