泵浦流場及振動之分析和最佳設計

Analysis of flow field and vibratin of a pump and its optimum design

摘要


本文針對泵浦設計流場分析、振動參數分析和強度設計做研究。經由一般設計方法,可得到泵浦的幾何參數,進一步撰寫參數化網格程式,再利用CFD軟體來數值分析各種參數對於泵浦流場及其性能的影響,進而得到最佳化之設計。另外分析葉輪之參數對於振動頻率和模態的影響。

In this study, the analysis of the flow field of the pump design, the vibration parameter and the strength of the pump is investigated. By the general devising way, one could get the geometric parameter of the pump and write the corresponding grid programs, the CFD software is used to study the influence of parameters on the flow field of the pump and its functions and the optimization design is obtained. Furthermore,the influence of the impeller parameter to the frequencies and the mode shaps is studied.
