離心式噴砂泵浦之參數式設計

摘要


本文針對10馬力的離心式噴砂泵浦葉輪之設計參數作深入的分析、探討,在原有馬達的額定電流下,追求該噴砂泵浦的最大噴灑壓力為目標。此型泵浦葉輪的八大主要設計參數,均被納入研究的範圍,以田口法進行最佳化設計的實驗研究。研究中所找到的最佳化組合參數,經過詳細的實驗驗證,證實該泵浦的噴灑壓力明顯提升了17.2 %。

This study analyzes and explores the design parameters of impeller in 10 horse-power Centrfugal Jet Scrubbing Pump. On the basis of the limited current of original motor, the conclusive target of research is on purpose of maximum Sprinkler Pressure through the operation of carborundum-water sparkler system. Adopting Taguchi method analyzes 8 main design parameters of impeller in Jet Scrubbing Pump is essential foundation for carrying out the optimum experiment and research. In the end of experiment, we found the best parameters and had approved the performance of Sprinkler Pressure with 17.2% enhancement in evidence.
