氣水混合輸送泵浦的設計

摘要


本論文建立一套氣水混合輸送機設計模式。有效結合泵浦和風扇之設計,達到理想水質增氧及循環目的。研究噴流對水域的影響,由此可做為初步設計的依據。經由一般設計方法,可得泵浦和風扇的幾何參數,進一步撰寫參數化網格程式,利用CFD軟體分別分析泵浦和風扇流場及性能,得到最佳設計。由分析中可知各種參數對流場及性能的影響。進而研究輸送機潛入水深對水及空氣輸送比例的影響,最後研究葉輪參數對振動頻率和模態的影響。

In this study, a mixed water and air transportation model is established. In order to obtain the massive imported air and optimum water circulation, a combined design of centrifugal pump and fan is made. The influence of the jet flow on the flow field is studied. Based on the above results and utilizing experience design method the parameters of mixed pump are determined. The corresponding grid files are generated. Importing the files and running the CFD software, the performance and the flow field of the pump and the fan can be obtained. In the mean while, the influence of the parameters on the performance and the flow field is investigated. After changing the parameters and proceeding of the above procedures, the optimum design of a mixed pump is obtained. Moreover, the influence of the immerged depth of on the flow rates of water and air is investigated. Finally, the influence of the parameters on the frequencies and the mode shapes of the impeller are investigated.
