離心(豎軸)式泵浦葉輪流場分析研究

摘要


豎軸式污水泵(Vertical Wet Pit Pump)為工業界應用相當廣泛之轉動機械,舉凡有液體傳輸場所,必有管路之存在,因為重力流關係,必須使用泵浦才能使流體流動。由於液體種類及其運用方式甚多,故泵浦之類型亦多至不可勝計。唯特定之場合僅適合某特定類型之泵浦,才可順利運作。 本文首先使用有限元素分析軟體針對葉輪進行數值模態分析,以求得模態參數,再運用Cosmos FloWorks軟體針對泵浦進行不同出入口管徑的數值分析,以求得速度及壓力對於泵浦流場及其性能的影響,進而得到較佳化之設計。結果顯示由Cosmos FloWorks軟體可以發現到出入口管徑修改後的壓力值大於修改前的壓力,其出口流量效率較佳。另外亦發現速度對於泵浦流場及其性能影響並不大。 接著,在實驗參數改變可分為兩方面,管柱截短580mm以遠離槽底;將深水泵浦濾網加長150mm,提高過濾面積並於底部做支撐加強,減少濾網阻塞異常。使用振動/溫度計針對泵浦的軸承進行改善前及改善後之量測,因為此軸承的發熱源溫度最高,且軸心偏擺幅度較大,所以針對此處進行量測。結果發現改善後的振動值約降低1.2mm/s,亦發現到改善後的溫度約可降低30℃。透過本模擬及實驗流程的建立,對泵浦未來的設計、製造與組裝上具有一定的參考性。

Due to liquid gravity features that has to use a pump to transmits. The vertical axis sewage pumps (Vertical Wet Pit Pump) is a kind of rotating machinery which were common used for liquid distribution via pipes systems in generated Industry. The liquid types and process applications in which there are many options of the pump types can be selection. To consider application conditions that there is an only optimum pump specification suitably. Firstly, to carry out the numerical modal analysis using finite element software for the impeller, to obtain the modal parameters, re-use of the Cosmos FloWorks software different entrance diameter of numerical analysis for the pump , to obtain the velocity and pressure for the pump flow field and its performance , and then get a better design. Results show that by the Cosmos FloWorks software can find that the pressure in the entrance pipe is more greater after modify pipe diameter. Better the efficiency of its outlet flow. It was also found that the flow speed do not affect flow field and performance of the pump. Then, changes in experimental parameters can be divided into two. Column truncated 580mm away from the bottom. Sham pump filter lengthened 150mm. Improve the filter area and on the bottom support to strengthen, reducing the filter blocking abnormal. Before improvement and after improvement the measure vibration / temperature for the pump bearings , because of bearing is the heat source , and the axis of deflection by a big margin , therefore , for here make those measurements. The results showed that the improved vibration value of approximately is reduce 1.2mm/s, Temperature can be reduced to 30℃ was also found after the improvement. Through the establishment of the simulation and the experimental procedure, those can be refer to the pump in the design, manufacture and assembly in the future.
