摘要


本文分析治具誤差之主要來源,並且針對五軸電腦數控工具機提出一種有效的治具定位流程,可改善傳統治具定位方式。結合五軸電腦數控工具機的傾斜面機能補正設定與齊次轉換矩陣可計算治具定位器的位置,導入工具機檢測探頭系統擷取定位器之點資料,預測加工件擺放到治具上的位置及方位,可使加工之參考座標旋轉偏移至理想之參考座標,降低治具定位誤差。

In this paper, the main sources of fixture errors were analyzed, and an effective fixture positioning process for five-axis CNC machine tools was proposed, which improved positioning accuracy of using the traditional fixture positioning method. Considering the settings of the tilted work plane (TWP) compensation, the obtained positions of fixture locators, and the homogeneous transformation matrix, the analyzing results presented in this paper can be used to calculate the position of fixture locators and then to predict the position and orientation of the workpiece placed on the fixture. Therefore, the program coordinate frame can be shifted and oriented to the reference coordinate, and can reduce the fixture positioning errors.
