定頻感應馬達磁路與熱傳分析

摘要


目前IEC標準感應馬達規範之推行已經於2017年1月份開始執行IE3能效等級,涵蓋功率範圍0.75~375 kW。而國內大廠針對IE3感應馬達系列之產品也已經開發完成,後續開發方向會朝著更高的IE4能效等級前進。能效的提昇代表著損耗的降低或是散熱能力的提升。於是IE4感應馬達磁路與熱傳兩者間的耦合分析更突顯其重要性。本文將介紹以motor CAD馬達分析軟體為工具,進行馬達磁路分析計算損耗,並轉換到熱傳分析觀察馬達之線圈、鐵心與殼體溫度…等,並說明哪些散熱因素會影響到線圈溫度狀況。

According to IEC standard, induction machines with a rated output of 0.75~375 kW must meet either the IE3 efficiency level or the IE2 level if fitted with a variable speed drive. For the famous electric machine companies, they are already to produce IE3 level products. Development of IE4 level products means higher efficiency, less losses and better cooling, all of which depend upon both magnetic and thermal analyses. This paper presents motor efficiency and loss distribution using motor CAD, and describes, which factors would influence temperature of coil distribution on motor.
