本研究的目的在於透過使用有限元素分析商用套裝軟體ANSYS找出影響電磁驅動器的輸出力以及控制垂直推力的影響因素。首先,利用電磁驅動器在電能領域、磁能領域及機械能領域等物理現象建立數學模型,並使用ANSYS來計算電磁驅動器的磁力線、磁通的分佈變化;經由ANSYS模擬後的結果和先前文獻採用MATLAB得到的數值以及經驗值加以驗證,可找到影響垂直推力大小的因素,可作為日後設計者在設計相關電磁驅動器之參考,以縮短設計時程。研究結果顯示,實驗中藉由設定不同的輸入電流、氣隙的條件,來分析其電磁場的特性,如磁力線分佈及磁力大小。進一步地,經由改變電磁驅動器的尺寸、磁性材料性質或可動軸心的配置方式,以獲得更好地特性。
The purpose of this study is using commercial finite element analysis software package ANSYS to find out the impact of the electromagnetic actuator output force and the impact factors of vertical thrust force . First of all, this paper would use the physics phenomenon of electromagnetic in electric energy field, magnetic energy field and mechanical energy field to build mathematic model. Then, this paper would like to use ANSYS to calculate the distribution of the electromagnetic drive of the magnetic lines and the magnetic flux change. By testifying the simulaion result of ANSYS, the adopted data by MATLAB from references and the experienmental data, the factors that related to influence vertical thrust can be identified. This result can provide future researchers or designers a referral of designing electromagnetic which can shorten the design process. The results of my experiment have showed that the characteristics of electromagnetic fields can be analyzed by setting different input current, air-gap, such as the distribution of magnetic line and magnetic force. Furthermore, there will be a better quality by adjusting the size of electromagnetic drive, the character of magnetic material or the configuration of movable magnetic axis.
