隨著台灣電力公司第六輸變電工程計畫中大量變電所興建之需要,近年國內重電設備製造廠陸續與國外知名廠商技術合作製造23kV氣封開關設備(GIS),安裝於電力系統。有鑒於台電系統過去二十餘年使用國產化裝甲開關(MCSG)發生多起斷路器無法正常跳脫之事故,事故分析結果與斷路器之操作機構特性有甚大之關聯,斷路器操作機構特性分析更顯得重要。 斷路器跳脫機構特性與其跳脫線圈電流相關,本研究首先提出23kV GIS之斷路器跳脫線圈驅動機構的機械模型與數學模型,並經由MATLAB程式模擬繪出不同電壓、不同阻力等條件下之跳脫線圈電流與機構動程變化,然後實際測量不同廠牌中壓GIS跳脫線圈在不同控制電壓、推動阻力及機構間隙等變化條件下之電流曲線,以與電腦模擬結果比對驗證。最後提出五種廠牌中壓GIS投入線圈波形與跳脫線圈電流波形對照表,提供判斷中壓GIS斷路器操作機構異狀之便捷參考。
Following the requirement of building numerous substations in The Sixth Transmission and Distribution Project of Taiwan Power Company, domestic electric companies cooperate with famous international companies produce medium voltage gas insulated switchgears (GIS). New gas insulated switchgears from various vendors were installed in the power system. As a few metal clad switchgear (MCSG) trip failures were found in the past two decades and the main causes were found related to the characteristics of operation mechanism, the analysis of the characteristics of the operation mechanism for circuit breakers became very important. The characteristics of circuit breaker operation mechanism are related to its trip coil current. Mechanical model and electrical model for trip mechanism of circuit breaker of 23kV GIS were proposed in this study. Trip coil current with various control voltage and different damping force were simulated with MATLAB. Different domestic medium voltage GIS trip coil current under different conditions were measured to make a comparison with computer simulation results. Finally, current patterns of five types of domestic medium voltage GIS were proposed as quick reference data for diagnosing operation mechanism failure.
