Workpiece Curve Quality Feedback Using Smart 3D Module

摘要


在智慧製造的生產過程中,業者應採取何種方式進行工件品質檢測,以及如何將檢測結果即時回傳,提升整體製程品質,一直是智慧製造的重要課題,而工件品質的回饋,更是智慧製造中不可或缺的因子。本文以國內運具零組件製造產業之生產線為範例,探討如何透過3D掃描技術,取得後視鏡片的曲度品質,並透過工業物聯網(Industrial Internet of Things, IIoT)的導入,將原本老舊傳統的生產線,轉變為具有即時資訊檢測與回饋的智慧製造生產線。

How to measure and determine the quality of workpieces and to feedback quality information instantly to improve the whole manufacturing process are central issues in smart manufacturing. Workpiece quality feedback is a key factor for this issue. In this article, we take auto parts manufacturing industry as an example to discuss how to transform a traditional production line into a smart production line by implementing 3D scanning and the concept of IIoT.
