摘要


積層製造(Additive Manufacturing)是近年來的發展趨勢,邁向智慧製造的關鍵技術,利用電腦輔助工程(Computer Aided Engineering, CAE)模擬積層製造,可協助發展與積層製造核心技術,減少嘗試錯誤。積層製造的核心重點為加熱機制,如雷射加熱(Laser heating),以及包含相變化(Phase Change)的熱傳與機械性質。本文重點探討各種雷射加熱模擬的方法以及金屬相變化在多重物理耦合軟體COMSOL Multiphysics的實現。

Additive manufacturing is a development trend in recent years. The key technology for smart manufacturing. Using Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) to simulate additive manufacturing can help develop and build core manufacturing technologies and reduce trial and error. The core focus of additive manufacturing is the heating mechanism as laser heating, and the heat transfer and mechanical properties including phase changes. This article focuses on the various laser heating simulation methods and the implement of metal phase change by using multiphysics coupling software - COMSOL Multiphysics.
