雙檔位電動機車傳動系統設計與分析

Design and Analysis of 2-Speed Transmission System for Electric Scooter

摘要


本研究透過建立車輛動力分析模型,得以分析電動機車於單速系統或雙檔位系統之動力性能。其中主要針對三型不同規格之電動機車進行模擬比較,探討單速系統及雙速系統性能上的差異,並藉此設計適當的檔位速比及換檔時機而提升車輛動力性能。此外,藉由已建立之車輛能源管理分析模擬平台,分析在給定的路況條件下馬達的操作點,進而得知馬達的可操作範圍、操作效率及整體的能耗表現。由模擬結果顯示,應用雙速系統之電動機車,其馬達不可操作點的比例明顯下降,意謂雙速系統可擴大行駛工況範圍。經分析後之結論,雙速系統應用於電動機車不僅可提升車輛的動力性能,並能夠應對更多種路況條件,同時改善能耗表現。

In this study, the dynamic performances of electric vehicles in single-speed or two-speed systems are analyzed through the model vehicle dynamic analysis model. The simulation comparison is mainly for three-type electric scooters, and the performances of single-speed system and two-speed system are discussed. The appropriate gear ratio and shift timing are designed to improve the vehicle's dynamic performance. In addition, through the established vehicle energy management simulation, the operating point of the motor under the given road conditions is analyzed, and then the operating range, operating efficiency and overall energy consumption performance of the motor can be derived. The simulation results show that the proportion of motor inoperable points has dropped significantly while the scooter using two-speed system, which means that the two-speed system can expand the range of driving conditions. Based on the analysis, the application of the two-speed system to electric scooter can not only improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle, but also satisfy wider range of road conditions and improve energy consumption performance.
