雲端平台服務技術於機械產業的應用與商業模式

Application and Business Models of Cloud Platform Service in Machinery Industry

摘要

隨著各大商用雲平台的發展，雲端服務技術因具有低維護成本、方便取得、彈性安裝、易於使用等特點，在機械產業中已成為趨勢。然而目前國際機械業大廠提供的雲端服務產品大多僅支援自家設備，國內各機聯網平台也因整合限制多、較難協同共存，較難提供全面性的整合方案。本文將以各法人單位與政府和機械公會合作推出的「智慧機械雲」平台為例，介紹如何將加值雲端應用為目標，以智慧製造與機聯網技術為基礎，建立標準化的應用服務軟體規格；並透過專屬app store打造數位轉型生態系統，協助產業發展數位服務，創造客戶價值。

With the development of commercial cloud platforms, cloud service technology has become a trend in machinery industry due to lower maintenance costs, easy access, flexible installation, and easy to use. However, currently most of the cloud services provided by international machinery manufacturers only support their own products and are difficult to be integrated with Taiwan's machine networking platforms to provide comprehensive solutions for the industry. This article will take the ＂Intelligent Cloud Platform for Machinery Industry＂ launched by several organizations, government, and Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry as an example to introduce how to focus on value-add cloud services based on the intelligent manufacturing and machine networking technology to build the standardized software specification. Through a dedicated cloud app store, this article will discuss in details the mehods and approaches to facilitate integration of different machine networking platforms, to assist the industry to develop digital services and to create customer value.
