摘要

隨著時代的進步，網際網路的發展也趨向成熟的地步，也無形中造就了資訊無國界，所以資訊之間的交流顯得非常重要。資訊的管道來源，就是要有一台能夠連上網際網路的電腦，但是隨著時代的趨勢，使用行動裝置上網，變得越來越普及。
雲端服務是一種概念的延伸，可讓使用者隨時隨地透過任何連線裝置存取其應用程式。本研究將結合雲端服務概念與行動裝置應用程式，建構一個快速且有效率的資訊更新管道。
本研究使用動態網頁技術開發訊息服務中心，由訊息服務中心發送訊息到手機，讓使用者可以用手機透過網路取得最新的資訊。並結合社群網站facebook，利用當下最多人使用的社群網站，以提供使用者更多的資訊。手機採用Android系統與iOS系統，並開發系統中的應用程式，只要訊息服務中心或社群網站facebook有新的訊息，使用手機即刻就可觀看到訊息，增加使用者的便利性。

Internet development has become mature with the progress of the times and thus making communication with no boundaries. Computer with internet is a source of catching information. But using the cellphone with internet is the current trend.
The concept of computer services is that people can save their applications, catch the news or download data whenever they want at anywhere anytime through the internet.This research is about integrating the concept of cloud computing information services with mobile application It will help us construct an information updating channel with more speed and more efficiency.
The study uses Java Server Page Development Information Services Centre. It will send messages about the newest information to users’ phones and they could get this via internet.We also can utilize Facebook which many people used, to offer more information to our users. The study uses Android system and iOS system in mobile operating system,and develop the application in the system. If Information Services Centre and Facebook has new information, users can read messages via their cellphones right away.
