2019年從各車廠推出旗下電動車款期程,可窺見各車廠的心態,已從觀望發展趨勢的「電動車?」,到積極佈局的「電動車!」態度。目前全球電動車新創公司可初步分類為「設計或製造」、「電池技術」、「充電設備」、「資訊科技」、「馬達設計」、「移動服務」及「售後服務」等七大類型。我國電動車產業具備上下游供應鏈兼備特性,從材料到銷售/服務端均有廠商投入,後續可將全球新創動向為鏡,提前佈局潛力商機;或運用我國業者實務經驗及技術優勢,開拓與新創公司合作可能性。

From the schedules of new electric vehicle (EV) models being introduced by various vehicle manufacturers, it is indicated that the attitude of watching development trends have changed into serious consideration of EV production. Currently, the global EV startups can be divided into "design or manufacture", "battery technology". "charging equipment", "information technology", "motor design", "transport services", and "after-sales service" seven categories. Taiwan's EV industry has the characteristics of possessing both upstream and downstream supply chains from batteries or body materials providing to after-sales service. In the future, Taiwan can use the global EV startups' innovation trends as references to lay out its strategies to create potential business opportunities for the companies involved in the supply chain; or use Taiwan's practical experience and technical advantages in EV to explore the possibility of cooperation with international startups.
