摘要

機械設備產業為台灣特色產業，除了原有的零組件、整機及自動化聚落外，近年更投入工業4.0及智慧機械浪潮。在其中，感測器由於價格較高，並且建立智慧預診功能需要搭配各領域的專業知識，因此尚不容易落地，形成產業規模。本文將探討如何透過感測器技術的發展，實現智慧感測生態系。

The industry of machinery equipment is one of the characteristic industries in Taiwan. In addition to the matured cluster of machine systems and automated components integration, in recent years, Taiwan also invested in the new waves of industry 4.0 and smart machines across the industries. However in the area of smart machines with performance prediction diagnosis system, the commercialized key element sensors are not yet available due to the cost and lack of required expertise in various fields. This article will introduce how to build the smart sensing ecosystem through the development of MEMS sensors.
