Technology of the Automatic Quality Control of Boiler Water

In industry, equipment failures can lead to heavy production losses and safety hazards. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an intelligent maintenance management platform in the factory. This article will introduce an automatic quality control system for boiler water used in an automotive manufacturing plant. Through monitoring the change of conductivity of the boiler water and the supplying water, draining operations will be controlled intelligently based on real time water quality analysis. This will ensure the health of boiler and avoid the safety hazards.
