摘要


染整製程為紡織產業價值鏈創造50%價值提升,同時也是最耗能工段,台灣為機能性紡織品製造重鎮,因應品牌拉力,碳足跡、清潔製程與節能要求,勢必導向製程與技術節能。一般染整廠的染色機在染色製程的冷卻水、廢熱未能充分回收再應用,導致能源大量耗損,所以建立染色冷卻水回用技術來減少能耗、降低廢熱排放及提升品質,建立鍋爐補水技術來回用具有熱能的熱水來能節能、降低成本及提升品質,讓產業邁向染整全製程節能,維持紡織染整產業競爭力是當務之急。
