At present, the chemical industry is still being dominated by the batch production technology. With the development of technologies such as micro-channels and micro-reactors, the continuous mass production process for micro-channel flow chemistry can be implemented in a limited closed environment. This system can effectively solve the reaction control, energy consumption, industrial safety and environmental protection problems that existing in the current traditional batch chemistry production. Two flow rate control methods are presented in this article, and the feasibility of micro-channel continuous mass production process for the flow chemistry system is being verified.
