高階工具機智能加值軟體發展與應用

Development and Application of Intelligent Value-Added Software for Advanced Machine Tools

摘要


工具機是衡量一個國家精密機械製造業水準的重要標誌,而工具機控制器為工具機的大腦,更是其關鍵核心技術,其中五軸同動控制器並具有國防戰略價值。任何精密製造業都能在生產流程中,發現工具機的存在。但是在工具機應用與調整,現今還是非常仰賴有經驗的老師傅,以試誤法進行設定與調整。這也導致機台的加工效率與生產受到操作者經驗的影響與限制,無法發揮機台的最佳效率。而依賴經驗傳承,也讓人才培訓須花費較多的時間。因此如何將老師傅的經驗轉變成智能加值軟體,來協助業者補足經驗不足的問題,並提升加工生產效率就極為重要。本文將針對工具機智能加值軟體之發展與應用進行說明與介紹。

The machine tool is an important symbol to measure the level of a country's precision machinery manufacturing industry, and the machine tool controllers are the brains and key core technologies of the machine tools. Among them, the five-axis synchronous controller has national defense strategic value. Any precision manufacturing industry can find the existence of machine tools in the production process. However, the applications and adjustments of machine tools are still depended on the experienced masters to set and adjust by trial and error and cause the processing efficiency and production of machine to be affected and limited by the operator's experience, and the optimal efficiency of the machine cannot be reached. Relying on experience inheritance also requires more time for personnel training. Therefore, how to transform the experience of the master into intelligent value-added software to help the industry make up for the lack of experience and improve the processing efficiency is extremely important. This article will describe and introduce the development and application of machine tool intelligent value-added software.
