摘要

回顧近年來國際工具機展，EMO MILANO 2021（歐洲工具機展European Machine Tool Show）訴求「智慧化生產製造願景」，JIMTOF 2022（日本國際工作機械展Japan International Machine Tool Fair）的展覽主題為「尖端製造的現在和未來：工具機與智慧工廠」，說明智慧製造和工具機智能化是未來的趨勢。然而臺灣在工具機應用與調機，現今還是非常仰賴有經驗的老師傅，以試誤法進行設定與調整。這也導致機台的加工效率與生產受到操作者經驗的影響與限制，無法發揮機台的最佳效率。而依賴經驗傳承，也讓人才培訓需花費較多的時間。因此如何將老師傅的經驗轉變成智能加值軟體，來協助業者補足經驗不足的問題，並提升加工生產效率就極為重要，本文將針對工具機智能加值軟體之發展與應用進行說明與介紹。

Look back on the international machine tool show in recent years. The slogan of EMO MILANO 2021 (European Machine Tool Show) is "The Magic World of Metalworking". The theme of JIMTOF 2022 (Japan International Machine Tool Fair):"The Present and Future of Cutting-Edge Manufacturing: Machine Tools and Smart Factories" shows that smart manufacturing and machine tool intelligence are the future trends. However, the adjustments of the machine tool industry in Taiwan still rely on trial and error. It makes the production efficiency highly limited by the proficiency of the operator. Professional training for newcomers also becomes time-consuming with experience inheritance. This article introduces the development and application of intelligent value-added software for machine tools. By transforming professional experience into intelligent software, the machining industry can avoid trial and error and improves production efficiency.
