摘要


面對科技日新月異,帶動製造技術發展迅速,對於其製品品質及精度要求也越來越高,因伺服成形設備本身具有可調控成形運動曲線及加工速度的優勢,可因應不同產品及成形工法提供適當製程條件,相較於傳統的成形設備,能有效提高模具壽命、提升製品精度、改善生產效率以及減少製造成本等效益,因此全球製造大廠都積極開發及導入應用,本文將針對伺服鍛機之伺服鍛造成形製程技術優勢及其應用進行介紹。

Facing the rapid development of science and technology, which drives the rapid development of manufacturing technology. The requirements for the quality and precision of its products are also getting higher and higher. Servo presses has the advantages of the flexibility of setting the stroke curve and processing speed to achieve the needs of diversification of forming. Compared with traditional forming equipment, it can effectively improve mold life, product precision, production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs. This article will introduce the technical advantages and applications of the servo forging process.
