沖壓模具虛實整合技術開發

Development of Virtual-reality Integration Technology for Stamping Die

摘要


隨著電腦科技快速的發展,針對沖壓模具開發除了原先已廣泛被使用之電腦輔助設計(Computer-Aided Design,CAD)軟體外,可於虛擬環境模擬沖壓件成形過程的電腦輔助分析(Computer Aided Engineering,CAE)軟體,也逐漸被產業界所重視與運用;近年來,為因應產品開發周期愈來愈短,模具開發效率愈來愈快,如何運用CAE軟體以減少試模的次數,並降低模具開發的成本,為目前產業關注的議題。然而CAE軟體使用的門檻較高,一般傳統沖壓產業的工程人員不易上手;加上CAE軟體分析結果不易與實際試模情形進行比對,使得CAE軟體的應用程度受到侷限。本文將針對沖壓模具之CAE整合技術進行介紹,包含可快速設定沖壓模具CAE參數之製程設計預估模組,以及可進行虛實結果比對之虛實整合模組。

With the rapid development of computer technology, in addition to the previously widely used computer-aided design (CAD) software for stamping dies, the computer-aided analysis (CAE) software that can simulate the forming process of stamping parts in a virtual environment has gradually been adopted by the industry. In recent years, in response to the shorter cycle of product development and the higher efficiency of die development, it is the current industry concern issue about how to use the CAE software to reduce the number of die-trials and the cost of die development. However, it is not easy to get started for the use of CAE software, especially for the engineers of the traditional stamping industry. In addition, the analysis results of CAE software are not easy to compare with the actual trial situation. Thus it limits the application of CAE software for stamping industry. This article will introduce the integration technology of CAE for the development of stamping dies, including a process-estimation module that can quickly set the stamping parameters of CAE software, and a virtual-reality integration module that can compare virtual and real results.
