單工程深引伸沖模模具設計專家系統之開發

摘要


本文利用Nexpert Object[49]套裝軟體,發展單工程圓筒狀一次引伸成形 的模具設計專家系統(Expert System-ES)。從模具的模仁設計,製程的條 件規劃,至模具尺寸出圖的過程,在Nexpert Object的環境下,結合了 dBASE Ⅲ Plus、AutoCAD與 AutoLisp 等各軟體的優點,輔助一般專家系 統在資料處理及繪圖上所不足的功能,完成本系統。本文的研究重點如下 ︰一.將引伸模模具設計過程中,所牽涉的各種查表、設計經驗等各種資 料,與予分類,建立輸入專家系統知識庫的方式。二.將工作站 (W/S) ABAQUS 軟體所模擬深引伸一次成形的資料,放入系統中,作為設計時的 參考,並配合現場工程師的經驗,以期減少模具設計在試誤期間( Trial & Error )所浪費的時間和材料成本。三.以物件式知識表示法(Object- based Knowledge Represen- tation),將表格式的資料納入專家系統中 ,大量減少知識庫的負載。四.在AutoCAD的環境下,發展參數式自動繪 圖AutoLisp程式,抓取由專家系統所推論出的模具各零組件相關尺寸資料 ,自動繪製模具尺寸圖,減少人工繪圖的時間,提高模具設計效率。

This article describes the applications of expert system in the single-action deep-drawing press die design which include the die design, process planning and the output of engineering drawings. The rule-based and object-based expert system development tool "Nexpert Object" provides the framework for this development. The dBASEⅢ Plus was utilized to enhance the system in database management. The AutoCAD was used to support the automatic drawing function. Key aspects of this research are as follows: 1. Classification of the knowledge about the deep-drawing die design processes and building of the knowledge input-models acquired from industrial experts , industrial brochures, handbooks and CAE analysis results. 2. Addition of the deep-drawing simulation data from CAE(ABAQUS) analysis into the system to assis die-design engineers . This is to reduce the time and cost wasted during the trial-and- error processes. 3. Usage of the object-based approach to represent the knowledge base in table style, and to reduce the load of knowledge base of expert system. The number of rules can be reduced greatly. One rule is sufficient to represent a set of table data. 4. Development of a parametric drawing capability for auto- drawing in the AutoCAD environmemt. Engineering drawings can be automatically drawn by the AutoLISP programs according to the parameters derived from the expert system. The benifit is the improvement of the drwaing efficiency by reducing the time and cost of manual drawing.
