摘要

在這個資訊科技發達的時代，資料量每年遽增供大眾查詢使用，目前的搜尋技術則以關鍵字為主，系統並不會針對查詢的關鍵字進而去分析使用者真正想要查詢的資料，在這樣的情況下所搜尋到的結果就無法達到使用者真正想要的結果。目前在證照考試相關應用上，利用網際網路上證照相關資料查詢的資源結合本體論建立的系統鮮少人著墨，因而考證照的考生，只能買書、補習，為此本研究將利用語意分析技術為基礎，將其運用於證照考試，讓讀者透過瀏覽、檢索的方式來獲取高準確的資訊，能避免使用者在大量資料中，找到與自己查詢不相關的資料，透過剖析後，提供一個證照考試客製化的查詢系統，可分析使用者輸入的查詢語句，配合系統內建的證照知識本體資料庫，可輔助使用者查詢證照考試相關資訊並回應使用者，藉此達到人性化的回答問題，讓使用者對於證照考試有不懂的地方，能提供解決考試方面的問題。

In this era of information technology, the amount of information increase the use of public inquiry every year. At present, searching technology mainly is based on 〞keyword〞 input, but the system will not realize the meaning of keywords and then analyze the user really want to query the information. In such circumstances, the results of the search won't achieve information the user really want. At present, in the relevant application of the license examination, the use of the Internet on the evidence related to the system with the ontology system using Semantic Web technologies are established rarely. The license examination of the candidate can only buy books, tutorials to pass the test. For this reason, we will use semantic analysis techniques as the basis, will be applied to the examination exam, so that users can use browsing, retrieval methods to obtain information they really want. Under such scheme, it avoids users finding their inquiry results are not related to the information in a large number of license information. In this paper, we provide a customized license exam system, this system can analyze the user's query statement, with the system built-in knowledge of the ontology database, can help users to retrieval the license examination information and acquire actual information to the user. It also achieves a humane Q&A process to the questions, so that users can get the license examination they want to study, and provide a solution to people want to pass license examination.
