臺北醫學大學校務研究及生醫大數據資料整合分析平台與應用服務

Big data platform for data integration and analysis of institutional research and biomedical data in Taipei Medical University

摘要


在資訊爆炸的時代中,充分利用大數據資料進行分析,將有助於協助決策者做出更具前瞻性與穩定性的決策,有鑑於此,本研究蒐集了臺北醫學大學校務、臨床與生醫大數據資料,整合為三大資料市集:(i)校務研究資料市集、(ii)臨床資料市集、(iii)生醫資料市集,並在嚴謹的資料安全管理制度下,建構兼具資料使用與隱私保護的分析平台,此平台不僅整合相關數據資料,更提供安全且便利的分析環境與服務。目前臨床資料與生醫資料,已應用於糖尿病、慢性腎病、肺炎、口頸癌等疾病研究上,校務資料則是用於探討影響畢業生畢業動向之主要因子。透過此平台,分析者可於資訊安全的分析環境中,使用平台提供之各項資源服務,以便利、快速的方式進行研究,產出高品質的數據分析結果,以期做為臨床研究與教育決策上的依據,促使學術與醫療單位都能獲得有效的進步與發展。

In this ever changing world, how to make the decision accurately and effectively is a very important issue. Here, we constructed a data platform for data integration and analysis of institutional research and biomedical data in Taipei Medical University. The platform contains three data market, institutional research data market, clinical data market and biomedical data market. Through data de-identification, the platform not only provides convenient analysis environment, but makes a balance between the data utilization and privacy protection. The clinical data and biomedical data has been used for chronic kidney disease, pneumonia, cervical cancer, and oral cancer researches. The institutional research data has been used to explore the main impact factor of employment status of graduates. We expect the analysis results could be referred as the basis for clinical application and helpful for educational policy making.
