應用壓力與溫濕度感測器偵測石膏裹覆假手臂之影響

Applying Pressure and Temperature and Humidity Sensor to Detect the Effect between Plaster and Fake Arm

摘要


近年來因骨折而就診人數逐年上升,骨折已變成日常生活中常見病症,而骨折固定方法有石膏治療或開刀放入骨釘或鋼板。臨床醫師使用石膏治療法易有石膏過緊而導致血液循環不佳或疼痛;反之,若石膏太鬆則缺乏固定治療之效果。本研究透過假手臂模擬真手臂,利用條狀電阻式薄膜壓力感測器和溫濕度感測器,偵測石膏對假手臂的壓力與溫濕度並設計GUI,協助臨床實習醫師利用假手臂練習時,顯示石膏對手臂各部位的壓力和溫濕度,避免因壓力不均而造成壓迫或過熱導致併發症。

In recent years, the number of patients with fractures to the hospital gradually increased. Fracture has become a common disease in daily life, and fracture fixation methods have plaster treatment or surgery into the bone screw or steel plate. Clinicians use plaster treatment will lead to poor blood circulation or pain, if the plaster is too tight, and if too loose, the plaster can't be fixed. This study explored the effects of plaster on the fake to simulate the real arm. Applying the strip resistive film pressure sensor and temperature and humidity sensor try to detect plaster on the fake arm pressure and temperature and humidity. Design GUI to help clinical interns practicing plaster with fake arm, showing the various parts of the pressure and temperature and humidity. To avoid stress caused by compression or overheating leads to the complications.
