自動化多光譜遙測影像裸地偵測

摘要


在全球氣候的變遷影響下,產生許多的大型災難,像是水災、颱風等其他大型災害,以至於近年來研究防災的議題,已經漸漸的受到關注。但是對於此技術還是處於起步的階段,然而台灣對於此技術更是罕見。在這種情況下,本文利用遙測影像、多光譜技術等方式,並且對於台灣那些高風險的地區以及可能發生災難的地區進行檢測以及量化,再通過不同的演算法交叉比對與統計,做近一步的分析。然而使用這些新的技術,並且對那些地區制定一套偵測裸地的系統,更加以利用這系統進行預測,以便來降低災難所造成的損失。
