As the information technology developing, the enterprise tries to integrate the smart mobile devices into an enterprise information system (EIS) because of its convenient for the employee to access the inner resources. Besides, employee executes the business task may produce some information or file resources. The file resource is supported employees for decision making or processing other business task. Therefore, the file resources output by employee in the business process should be shared for relevant employees in an EIS. The EIS is a collaborative working environment that deal with a lot of file resources among the different business tasks. The EIS combines with smart mobile devices strengthens the enterprise mobility. Employee can access the file resources through a smart mobile device in a Mobile Peer-to-Peer (MP2P) environment to execute some specific business process. Therefore, the EIS combines with smart mobile devices to support the business process has gradually become an important trend. The critical concern is how to effective and secure share file resources in a MP2P environment when using the smart mobile device as an auxiliary tool. Besides, how to optimal satisfy comprehensive requirements of employee to carry out the relevant business processes is another worth exploring issue. This work explores the approach of MP2P resource synchronization. We use role-based access control (RBAC) model to define user-roles, permissions and constraints based on the enterprise policy. The proposed system framework assigns the reasonable roles to the employee that allow he/she to access the relevant file resources. The file resources sync by mobile peer to peer protocol, e.g., Juxtapose (JXTA), according to the file resource access log. The system implementation evaluated by unified theory of acceptance & use of technology (UTAUT) to demonstrate the proposed approach effectiveness.
