以物聯網為基礎之智慧藥盒開發

摘要


現今台灣已邁向高齡化社會,許多老年人在生活上需要相關醫療器材輔助,例如:藥盒、行走輔助器等,許多老年人都有慢性疾病或者服用營養用品,在服用每個慢性疾病藥物的時間不同,老年人有時候會忘記服藥,例如:高血壓等藥物,如果忘記服用可能會造成中風等重大疾病發生,「遵從醫囑」對慢性病患者來說,相當重要,而在「服藥遵從性不良」行為者,又為老人偏多,因此本文利用智慧手機搭配智慧藥盒監督與提醒高齡者進行服藥。因考量到用戶多數為老年者不熟悉APP的操作流程,我們還加入電子藥單的即時傳送,讓高齡者有簡便的使用環境及節省設定上的麻煩。本文系統首先通過醫生診斷完畢,透過醫生手機APP將電子藥單由近場通訊(Near-fieldcommunication,NFC)傳送至高齡者的APP,並進行設定服藥時間及回診倒數天數等資訊,當到了服藥時間到由手機APP啟動鬧鈴提醒用戶服藥。在智慧藥盒的部份我們利用Arduino UNO開發板來控制,並在控制板加上時間RTC時鐘模組來掌控時間,當到了服藥時間伺服馬達會開啟/關閉藥盒的取藥口。

Taiwan has become an aging society, in which the elderly require assistance from medical appliances in their daily lives, such as drug boxes and walking aids. Many seniors either suffer from chronic diseases or require nutritional supplement, and given than each drug or supplement calls for a different taking time, they sometimes forget to take their pills. Consequences can be dire; for instance, forgetting to take high blood pressure drugs can result in critical illnesses like strokes. For chronic disease patients, 〞medical compliance〞 is crucial; among those who have 〞poor medication adherence,〞 the elderly account for a majority. Therefore, this study proposes matching smart phones with intelligent drug boxes to supervise and remind seniors to take their medication. Considering the fact that most users are seniors who are unfamiliar with phone apps operation, we added the feature of real-time electronic prescription transmission system, which provides a simple, user-friendly system that also saves the elderly the trouble of complicated settings. In this study's proposed system, the doctor first completes the diagnosis, and then uses their phone's app to send the electronic prescription to the elderly's phone app via near-field communication (NFC). Meanwhile, the app receives settings of medication timetable and countdown to next doctor's visit; when it is time for medication, the phone app triggers an alarm, reminding the patient to take the pills. For the intelligent drug box, we used the Arduino UNO microcontroller board, adding an RTC module for time management so that the servomotor will open/close the drug box when it is medication time.
