運用翻轉教學提升護理師執行胸腔物理治療正確率之專案

Utilizing the Flipped Classroom to Improve Nursing Chest Physiotherapy Competence

摘要


本專案目的為提升護理師執行胸腔物理治療正確率。於2016年11月至2017年1月透過臨床觀察及家屬訪談,發現單位護理師執行之正確率低,2017年4月28日至5月30日進行14位護理師胸腔物理治療知識測驗及技能評核,知識測驗平均正確率為64.3%,技能評核平均正確率為73.5%。護理師指導正確率低的原因為:缺乏胸腔物理治療教育課程、缺乏定期稽核制度、缺乏胸腔物理治療教學設備、對胸腔物理治療的認知不足。為提升護理師執行胸腔物理正確率,專案小組拍攝胸腔物理治療教學影片並以翻轉教學模式,護理師於課室前觀看影片並完成知識測驗,於課室中小組討論和技術操作,並於課程後完成技能評核,提升學習成效。於專案進行後,知識測驗平均正確率提升為94.3%,技能平均正確率提升為98%,顯示專案的實施後能有效提升護理師執行胸腔物理治療之正確率。

This project aims to improve nursing chest physiotherapy (CPT) competence. Clinical observation and family interviews conducted from November 2016 to January 2017 revealed dissatisfactory nursing CPT competence among the nurses' units. CPT knowledge tests and skill evaluations were conducted from April 28th to May 30th including 14 nurses; the average knowledge test rate was 64.3%, and the average skill evaluation rate was 73.5%. The reasons for this low rate were due to a lack of CPT courses, lack of regular auditing, lack of CPT teaching equipment, and inadequate knowledge of CPT. To improve nursing competence, the project team filmed a CPT teaching video, and with the flipped classroom approach, nurses watched the film; completed the knowledge test, a group discussion and technical operations in the classroom; skill evaluation was then conducted after the course. Following the intervention, the average knowledge test rate increased to 94.3%, and the average skill evaluation rate increased to 98%, demonstrating that the project improves nursing CPT competence.
