摘要

本研究在探討國中教師休閒活動動機之情形，以個人屬性教師對休閒活動動機各層面之影響。本研究以96位教師為樣本，透過描述性統計及t-test檢定方法分析教師的休閒活動動機之現況。研究結果顯示：不同性別國中教師在休閒活動動機之情形，並無顯著差異；結婚與否在國中教師休閒活動動機之情形，有顯著差異。

The study aimed to explore leisure activity motivation of the junior high school teachers. This study was to analyze the influence of leisure activity motivation from their factors. 96 junior high school teachers participated in this research as research sample. Through the analytics software, in this study analyzed the current condition of junior high school teachers' motivation with leisure activities with descriptive statistics and t-test methodologies. The results show that, there was no significant difference on leisure activity motivation from the junior high school teachers' gender. There was significant difference between married teachers and single teachers on leisure activity motivation.
