社區推廣成人太極運動在學習行為動機,學習認知與學習成效相關之研究

The Community Promotion of Tai Chi Exercise for Adult learning between Learning Motivation, Cognitive Value and Achievement Satisfaction

摘要


本研究旨在探討參與社區推廣成人太極運動在學習行為動機,學習認知與學習成效相關性.以U.S.A.San Jos'e Calabazas Community, CA所舉辦的太極活動參與的人員為研究對象,利用研習後立即發放問卷,總計發出80份,回收77份,問卷回收率96.25%;有效問卷為72份,有效填答率達93.5%.以SPSS統計軟體進行描述性統計分析並輔以迴歸分析,所獲得的結論是:各變項的不同對於學習行為動機的三個變項(身心保建因子、進取達觀因子、防禦健身因子)與學習認知價值的三個變項(平衡協調因子、保健防衛因子)的動機因子與認知價值因子均無顯著的相關性,亦即是學習太極已經打破了性別、年齡、工作、及學習年資的一種運動的限制與境界了,太極運動的普及化說明了太極運動無分老幼,適合各種階層、族群的人去學習與健身的一種好運動。

The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between learning behavior motivation, learning cognition, and learning effectiveness in participating in the promotion of adult Tai Chi in the community. The participants in the Tai Chi activities organized by San José Calabazas Community, California, USA were used as research objects. A total of 80 questionnaires were sent out; 77 were recovered, and the questionnaire recovery rate was 96.25%. There were 72 valid questionnaires and a valid response rate of 93.5%. We used SPSS statistical software for descriptive statistical analysis, supplemented by regression analysis. The conclusion is: the difference of each variable is related to the three variables of learning behavior motivation (physical and mental maintenance factor, aggressive perspective factor, defensive fitness factor) and the three variables of learning cognitive value (balance coordination factor, health defense factor). There is no significant correlation between motivation factors and cognitive value factors, that is, learning Tai Chi has broken the restrictions and realms of a sport of gender, age, work, and seniority. The popularity of Tai Chi movement is demonstrates that the Tai Chi movement is a good exercise for people of all classes and ethnic groups to learn and exercise, regardless of their age.
