學習動機與認知價值影響學習成效相關研究-以環球科技大學通識教育推廣太極運動為例

A study on Learning Effective of the influence in Motivation and Cognitive-A case study of promote Tai Chi in General Education of TransWorld University

摘要


本研究想要了解學生選修太極運動課程的接受度;若將太極課程融入到通識課程「運動與健康」的領域來做為選修項目時,對於太極課程的學習動機、認知價值與學習成效,大學生的反應與接受度如何。問卷的對象以選修通識課程的學生來作為研究對象,發放問卷,總計發出480份,回收462份,問卷回收率96.25%;有效問卷為450份,有效填答率達97.4%,以SPSS統計軟體進行描述性統計分析並輔以t檢定及迴歸分析,所獲得的結論是:學生學習太極運動主要動機是休閒娛樂;認知價值是培養專注力;主要學習成效是增強平衡能力;從選修太極運動的動機來看,高動機的組別比低動機的組別,在減肥效果、運動興趣、休閒娛樂、認識朋友、改善精神、保護自己及減少運動成本方面,其成效都是高分組大於低分組。從學生對於太極運動的認知價值來看,高認知價值的組別比低認知價值的組別,在改善平衡感、健康的體適能方面、身心靈健康方面、培養專注力方面和終身運動等方面,高認知價值的學生都比認知價值的學生其學習成效還要來得高。學生學習太極拳主要成效是想達到減肥效果、改善精神狀況、改善身心靈健康、當成終身運動、保護自己。

The goal of this study is to understand the acceptance of students taking Tai Chi exercise courses; if Tai Chi courses were integrated into the general education "Sports and Health" curriculum as an elective course, what is the response and acceptance of college students regarding the learning motivation, cognitive value and learning effectiveness of Tai Chi courses? The research objects of the questionnaire are the students who take general education courses. A total of 480 questionnaires were issued, 462 copies were recovered. The questionnaire response rate was 96.25%; 450 questionnaires were valid and the effective answer rate reached 97.4%. The conclusions obtained by using SPSS statistical software for descriptive statistical analysis, supplemented by t test and regression analysis were: The main motivation for students to learn Tai Chi is leisure and entertainment; the cognitive value is to cultivate concentration; the main learning effect is to enhance the ability to balance; judging from the motivation of taking Tai Chi exercises, The highly motivated group had better results than the low-motivated group in terms of weight loss, interest in exercise, leisure and entertainment, meeting friends, improving spirit, protecting oneself, and reducing exercise costs. From the perspective of students’ cognitive value of Tai Chi exercises, the high-cognitive value group has higher learning effectiveness than the low-cognitive value group in terms of improving balance, healthy physical fitness, physical and mental health, cultivating concentration, and lifelong exercise. The main reason for students to learn Tai Chi is to achieve weight loss, improve mental condition, improve physical and mental health, treat it as a lifelong exercise, and to protect themselves.
